  Very rarely does a place so clearly live up to it's name but this really is the best stop you can make if you're driving down I-10. The boudin is just out of this world. I stopped with my girlfriend on the way to Houston and we made sure to stop on the way back for seconds. I bought some andouille and used it to make red beans later that week that were some of the best I ever had. I really recommend you stop in for a quick bite. I'm incredibly jealous of the folks for whom this is just a supermarket. I can't wait to visit again.
